The facilities are beautiful. Rooms are very cozy, tropical garden around the pool is amazing. Rooms were super clean. You feel like you are staying in a tropical paradise.

Breakfast is quite poor. It is partly buffet style breakfast (buffet includes mainly pastries, bread and beverages). The rest of food is being served to you. It means that when you come to the breakfast you are served one (!) slice of cheese, one (!) slice of ham and half empty glass of fresh orange juice. That's it. The bread is not toasted and tastes bad. There's no choice of hot food - no eggs (!), sausages or toasts. To sum up, if you look for pastries for your breakfast, you'll be very satisfied. In other cases it is likely that you will be disappointed. Be careful when you make phone calls from your hotel room! We needed to make some calls. We were told at the reception that we can use the phone in our room and that the price of a local call would be approximately 0,5 EUR. When checking out we were very surprised to learn that the hotel actually charged us 20 EUR (!) for two brief calls (one local call and one call to Buenos Aires, both lasting about 2 minutes). When we asked for explanation how it is possible, we were told that among others the hotel charges every attempt to make a call, even if the called person does not answer the phone. Thus we did not make 2 phone calls, but about 10 in total, because we could not reach the called persons several times. Strange policy, isn't it?
